When installing Windows 10, an error message appears
Windows cannot install required files. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x8007025D
Microsoft’s description of 0x8007025D is as follows
Cause: This error occurs if the ISO file’s metadata is corrupt.

Solutions
Judging from the error message, the files are damaged, which may be caused by incomplete download, burning, or copying of the files
Try the following solutions
- Re-download the ISO file via Media Creation Tool
- Re-attempt media creation tools or Rufus and other tools to burn to USB
- Do not use burning, right click on the ISO file and select Mount, copy the files directly to the USB
- Change the USB, and insert a different slot
- Plug the USB into the corresponding slot, 2.0 to 2.0, 3.0 to 3.0
This case
My friends and I have tried the above methods, but I still canโt solve it.
But once in the process of an installation, when the progress exceeds 80%.
It was going to succeed, but the result is… the blue screen crash???
After that, I think there maybe some problems with the RAMs
There are two RAMs in the laptop, after cross-testing, the installation succeeded when there was only one memory!
After the installation is complete, the RAM can work when I put it back.
At first glance, there is no problem at all.
But later, when installing other software, I encountered a blue screen related to MEMORY!
It seems to be an untimely bomb.
And, root cause is it.
